Free perfect pitch test. A classic case of 'everyone is out of step except me'. The singers without it tend to gradually drop slightly in pitch leaving the singer with it sounding sharp. Having a good 'musical ear' and being able to recognise intervals is far more important. In fact, I have read that having perfect pitch in a vocal ensemble (with no instrumental accompaniment) is actually a hindrance. Perfect pitch doesn't necessarily make one a better musician.
